Phase I Reconstruction
We are on schedule for Phase I opening on June 1, 2018. As previously stated in our earlier progress reports, Phase I consists of:

Infinity Pool and Hot Tub
Infinity Restaurant and Bar
The Lobby and Courtyard
40 beautifully restored units in Mainsail
24 units in Marina Front buildings 15-18
9 units in Pool/Ocean front buildings 30-32
12 units in Lobby/Reception building, most with spectacular ocean front views
Total: 85 units in Phase I restoration
