The crepe guy in Grand Case has closed for hurricane season. We usually eat dinner on the french side and drive back to the dutch side as that is where we are staying this time.
Anywhere, that has a good dessert crepe on the dutch side that's open at night.
I need to keep my wife happy.
We just completed day one. Details to follow.

Zee Best in Simpson Bay Yacht Club area has crepes.
Nutella, cinnamon, sugar, or savories.
Edit: oops, sorry...you just said "at night". Zee Best closes after lunch.

Might try BZH Creperie in Oyster Pond. Not sure exactly what their hours are.
Next SXM visit -November 2023. Also January 2024.

Atlantico in Simpson Bay has crepes but I believe they close at three o'clock. Take some home and nuke 'em. LOL
