Just back after 2 busy weeks. Flights out of Charlotte on time. Kenny's car rental--great service! We spent more time at Ace Hardware and Home & Tool, than we did on the beach. But, we got a lot accompished and managed a windy day on Orient, a gorgeous day on Pinel @ Karibuni, and a couple of blissful days on Mullet enjoying Rosie's Ribs, Chicken & hot dogs. Marigot was cleaned up, bustling, and crowded with tourists. A nice sight to see! Restauants were busy in the evening at the Marina Royale, where we usually ate. We saw lots of gendarmes, police and security. The guys managed to get in a round of golf...course is in great shape. Enjoyed a smoked meat sandwich at White Flag. Had a few drinks at the Dream Pool Bar. I had a bad tooth and went to Simpson Bay dental Clinic. Dr. Carvajal is a doll and very hardworking. Visit & xray = $60.00. Our friends stayed at the Summit--Wow! Lots of improvements there. Next year we are staying longer!
