We eat it so often on the island. Craving one now. Anyone with a good recipe for the dressing? We are not fond of the bottled ones.

and here's the Thomas Keller version (very similar.) We've had this but our friend made it not us. It was yummy. She's a Thomas Keller worshipper so I'm pretty sure she stuck to the recipe.
