It seemed like the resort at Nail Bay was closed for some time before the storms. Does anyone know the extent of damage or other status of the hotel and restaurant?

They closed in June 2017 but Irma split Sugarcane restaurant in 2 and destroyed the full kitchen, the rental units were also destroyed about the tennis court and were being sold very cheap with condition they were rebuilt within a specified time, still closed. But there are villas for rent with the Nail Bay community
