Maybe something good will come out of Irma. That has been my thoughts for the island all along since Irma. In some instances the Dutch side has really taken a big step forward with improvements that should have been undertaken before Irma. Look how both vendors on the French island Pinel started completely over again and now is much better than before Irma.
