What use to make SXM great is that you were pretty free to do what you want.....what makes SXM bad is that you are free to do whatever you want......obviously those two statements are contradictory. The lack of controls on buildings, environment , regulations is currently hurting the rebuilding process......they are attempting to instill controls in the middle of the rebuild process. JMHO

What use to make SXM great is that you were pretty free to do what you want.....what makes SXM bad is that you are free to do whatever you want......obviously those two statements are contradictory. JMHO Regulations actually hinder development, living in NY and running a business in NYC is a nightmare of over regulations. SXM is perfect in everyway to anyone who has in the past been over regulated, taxed and fined to death! SXM and the people of SXM are amazing. The rebuilding process has been amazing considering what happened in Sept. 2017. Just my 2 cents!
