We have gone to Winnie's a few times, since it is so convenient from our timeshare...but can say the food has always been fair to good at best. IT IS NOT the same type of chinese you get in most cities in the US. The portions were much smaller....but...the food was acceptable. Honestly, both my wife and myself agreed that the Chinese restaurant (name escapes me now) in Simpson Bay, down near Harry's newer restaurant was far superior to Winnie's.
