While I agree that they should just issue tickets and tow, if Emmanuel hadn't ordered them removed to begin with, there would be no issue...

Not only ticket and tow them, the government should be suspending their taxi license commensurate with the number of violations that they have accumulated.

I seriously doubt it is Taxi plates that are the prime suspects doing the violation.

I seriously doubt it is Taxi plates that are the prime suspects doing the violation. The original article that was linked to, by Carol, states specifically that it is Taxi Drivers that are parking on sidewalks and in the "no parking zones". I have to take the article from the Daily Herald at face value. But i would agree that it is not only Taxi Drivers.
