Has anyone stayed at this resort in St Lucia.
They say it is a 90 min ride from the airport.
How much should the taxi cost for the ride to and from the airport.
Thanks in advance.

The taxi ride will be about $80 for up to 4 people. The BGBR is located right on Reduit Beach. They have a nice pool with jacuzzi, open air restaurant and bar and also watersports available on site. It is at the end of the Rodney Bay strip and easy walking distance to the restaurants and bars. We usually stay at the Bay Garden Inn, which is at the other end of the strip and runs about 1/2 - 1/3 the price of the BGBR, but does not have self catering facilities. While you are there be sure to go to the Jump Up in Gros islet on Friday night, it is a lot of fun.

negotiate with the taxi drivers...

also note:

if you come in inter regional airlines in castries it's alot cheaper. the cabbies within the airport grounds charge more than those just 10 feet away. the second group is also more amenable to negotiating. wait for the crowds to disperse since they do have to get back home sooner or later... it might as well be with a fare.
