They've been working for a couple of years before now. Have they not been working since the hurricane? I actually don't remember whether it was lit up in June or not.

The interior lights, yes. The rest, worked for about two weeks after they were installed!

And they gave the same company that did these the contract to light the government building. Someone has a pocket open.

Inability to plan. No budget, no one trained to make them work. It's endemic here. So sad. They spent all they money they borrowed on the bridge, and not a penny for technicians, spares or maintenance.
