Well its October - has anyone heard anything about the Royal Islander Club La Plage? Not enjoying this waiting.

Update from the Royal Islander Owners Timeshare Group
Sunday October 7th 2018. 11.15am
There have been no further official updates from the Resort since May 4th 2018. The Resort advised me verbally Sept 11 2018 they expect to announce a reopening very soon (?) but nothing yet . Emails received from the Resort sent have suggested various “projected” dates. On Sept 21st 2018 for example a Resort email advised “The resort will be reopened in 2018 projected the 1st week in November”
Many owners, particularly those whom have vacations over the next 90 days, remain in a state of “limbo” . Not wishing to make flight arrangements and unsure of what is happening. Also on social media “speculation” and “opinions” are being offered about the status of the resort and when it will reopen etc. Many visitors to the Island have done a walk by and or have taken pictures.
I, like all of you, anxiously await the decision from The Resort as to when they will be able to reopen and receive guests. I hope it will occur very soon but at this moment I do not know . When Resorts management makes that announcement I will immediately update my Web Page and Facebook.
