It was when we were down in late July. It doesn't look the same, but it is there.

I found some pretty amazing pictures of the east end of JVD on Facebook by TRD Systems & Mapping.
There is a remarkable aerial 360 degree picture of what appears to be a trash dump for the debris from the hurricane recovery. There are other views of the BVI there if you are interested.

I was there in May. The bubbly pool is still there, however the path isn't very well marked any longer. You have to guess where it is. I would wear good hiking shoes if you attempt to venture there.
Yes as Mainsailor stated there is a huge piling of hurricane debris along the road past where Foxy's Taboo used to be. I took some photos of both places, the endless debris piled up and the bubbly pool .. rather sad.
I would post the photos here if interested, I just need to know how.

The trash pile is gone. A barge came in late August and removed the hurricane debris.
