After being US Coast Guard approved, I would go with comfort since they virtually have to wear them all the time.
I'd like to be a jelly fish, cause jelly fish don't pay rent.

I can't find a link to the one we have for my son. I'll try to find it and post it. It has a harness built in and has been great for us for the past 2 years.

We had a similar one and as Matteo’s mentioned, a harness and grab loops are a must, not only for safety but it made keeping a hand on the kiddo while swimming and off loading. Make sure to buy a very bright color. Blue life jackets should be illegal.
