The island is a vibrant palette of greens and the good news is, even though it seems to rain about once every three to four hours, the squalls are fast, furious and then gone! Or so has been our experience since Monday and then the sun comes out in all its glory.
Respectfully,

Husband got to Sxm tuesday. But so far every time I talk to him!!! Its raining... Oh boy.... Guess the Island is green. My hubby would say " It's raining." if I was stuck in N.Y. raking leaves and going through the mail while he was in St. Maarten.
