We just heard from a reliable source that there will be a new restaurant in the building. An English restaurant like a pub. Exactly what that means I don't know. We are so glad it will continue to be a restaurant. It is a great spot for us staying at Simpson Bay Resort.

Not sure why bon apetite did not come back. From what we say!!! they did a pretty good business . But hope someone comes in. With simpson bay resort people alone, they will do well. I think.

Peaceful Eastern North Carolin...
I understood they moved to the area where the cruise ship visitors are being brought in, off of Welfare Road? I didn't check that out in person when we were there in May, so just relaying something I heard somewhere. We always enjoyed a breakfast or two there.

I did read or hear somewhere that Anthony ? , sorry if I got name wrong, opened a small temporary bon apetite on Kim sha beach? Until he could find a better location. I wonder if that is correct? Bon appetite was a wonderful place to eat, sorry it was damaged.

It's not the same as before. Different menu, owner and ambiance.
