I could be wrong, but I think all units there are individually owned. So, one unit could be great, and fully renovated after Irma, and another trashed..

Correct that all units here are individually owned. No units are trashed. The maintenance crew here is second to none in quickly addressing problems, and units on the market will be to a high standard. Any questions please message me.
