We arrive this coming Saturday. In the past, we used to drive to Grand Case a couple of evenings for dinner. How is that drive now? The street lights were not the best pre Irma. Have they been restored? We always parked in the pay lot which was really just a field. Is it open and has it been cleared of Irma debris? Would have to end up with flat tires after dinner.

We stayed in Grand Case in October, so didn't do anything but local driving at night, so can't answer your streetlight question.
The pay lot appeared to be open some, but not every night, as it was quite low key there in Oct. We never parked in that lot, but did park in the free lot. There was also parking on the street as most of the businesses on the ocean side are no longer open.

That's what I was thinking. As of now, most of the restaurants are still not open, so there should be street parking available.

I believe some of the restaurants offer valet parking so u don't have to worry about it. Spiga was earlier in year for instance.

As others have said, there is usually parking available on the street.
