We are chartering in late February with Marine Max located at Nanny Cay and doing a sleep aboard the night before charter. Our flight does not land in St Thomas until 4:24pm. The last ferry to Roadtown is at 4:30. Any suggestions/recommendations on a reliable water taxi or other options? I have tried to change our flight, but unfortunately, there is nothing earlier. And we always prefer to sleep aboard the night before.
Thanks in advance!

There have been several discussions on this lately. You can use the search button at the top put "water taxi" in quotes, it should bring up several different threads. Here is a recent one:
Call Captain Cleve at 340-513-1431. He is a great person who grew up in the islands and he has two nice boats. We have used him for years and could not have been happier. Steve

Native Son has a 5pm ferry from Red Hook to Roadtown. I just had some guests take it on Monday. If your flight is on time you should be fine. I've made that ferry many times with a 4:30 arrival. If you don't want to risk it, there are many water taxis available that can take you right into Nanny Cay. (see that link above)

I talked to Cleve and he says there is a new rule where he must take people to West End. He also said that it is much more expensive to pick up or drop off in CA - obviously given the added distance and time compared to Red Hook. He now has a 30+ foot center console, but if you are set on traveling from CA to RT, you should probably look around.
