The realtor is our neighbor and herself and husband were on a previous episode of one of the house hunting shows here a few years back.

Looks like a new program on HGTV at 8:00 PM, Eastern Time from St. Martin tonight. For those that haven't been on the island since the storm it may be a chance to see what the island looks like. It's on Beachfront Bargain Hunt. There has been a lot of discussion on some facebook groups if this was filmed pre or post Irma. The realtor made the comment when they were at the Princess Heights condo that it was close to casinos. I took that as close to the casino at the Westin which makes me believe this was shot before Irma.
