At least they are getting started!! I remember the first time we went to SXM 21 years ago, the French side had good roads.... but in the Dutch side was horrible.

Not sure how they could do Harmony Nights without repairs. In the dark people would be tripping all over the place!

Billy Folly Rd is the poster road for horrible roads on the Dutch Side. I'm not talking about the flooding, but the craters that are all along the entire length from the Atrium to the bottom where the old Bon Appetit was.

Article reads temporary resurfacing due to other work to be done (water, sanitation). To me that means eventually that road will be broken up again. No date for final coat.
