That's a typical Website Under Construction Message. It may mean something about the website or it may mean nothing, but it likely has no connection whatsoever to construction at Club Orient.

It has nothing to do with construction at Club Orient. I suspect that whoever is in charge of the website upkeep these days realized that the old site had to be taken down (no point in offering to take reservations when, unfortunately, there is nothing to reserve!), but needed to put something up to keep ownership of the URL and the website active.
