I have been looking at Emerald Bay, and am surprised at the prices. They are adding a hurricane fee of like 150 a night on top of the nightly rate, making this an expensive option. Where else might you stay post sail that would get you to the airport by 2?

Emerald Bay? Or Emerald Beach, right by the airport? We have stayed at Emerald Beach last year and liked it OK, as it is near the airport. Walking distance, even. I called them direct and did not book online and I got a decent rate so we are staying there for our last night once again. If you have called them direct and got a too high rate, I would say wait a week and call again. Good luck!

If you need to be to the airport by 2 pm you could stay right in Road Town and take a morning ferry to STT.

Definitely Olga's Fancy..... lovely super clean and friendly island inn. https://www.olgasfancy.com

Next year consider chartering with CYOA, 10 minutes from STT. Avoid the ferry and extra time - drive your own ferry to BVI! https://www.cyoacharters.com

I second the Olga's Fancy recommendation. It is a 10 minute walk from the ferry, and wonderful people!

We enjoy Olga’s. Nice pool, clean/comfortable rooms and great staff/owners. Also, plenty of places to eat/drink within walking distance. However, as said by wizoc, people who are not able to easily negotiate stairs may not be ideal canditates for Olga’s.
