I will be staying in a condo on what appears to be Snooze Lane, arriving 23 Mar - Saturday.

It appears the closest grocery store is Fosters on the top side of the airport. This appears to be 5 miles from condo to Fosters by airport, as the crow flies.

As we arrive on a Saturday and such stores are closed on Sunday, I am trying to plan getting supplies on Saturday.

Which is a better idea:
1. Get taxi outside airport, tell driver to go to Fosters and wait while we shop - head on to condo.
2. Get taxi outside airport, head to condo, unload - check in - get a 2nd taxi somewhere to go back to Fosters to shop.

And what would all these taxi rides cost?

Taxi fare from the airport to say, the Grand View Condos is $18.00 US. You would need to inquire regarding any wait time charges/rates.

Depending on you condo, Snooze lane is about 1/2 mile from the Kirk's Supermarket at the intersection of Eastern Ave. and West Bay Rd./North Church St. The public mini bus that runs past that route regularly would cost $2.50 each way.

Snorkel air just tastes better than canned air...
