We have a trip coming soon and have learned a lot on this site. Thinking of bringing a satellite radio for some music. Will it receive reception? If not any good local stations? Cruising around Tortola. Thanks

I looked at the Sirius website. Coverage does not look good for the Caribbean, others that live there might have a different experience......

Should work pretty good on the water depending on your antennae. I use it in my Jeep and even with the factory antennae it works most of the time.

It is technically not supposed to work in the Caribbean, but a restaurant on the beach in St. Martin used to regularly have it playing. I suppose he had a really big antenna on it, but I don't know.

I have my Canadian receiver along every year. It works fine down here.

Thanks, throwing it in the bag. I'll give it a try.
