First sight upon landing was a huge 3 mast steel ....sailboat in Simpson. Seems some Russian magnate is in a contest with Abramovich for biggest....

Got to La Terasse and they are hard at work. Got to our room and a worker was literally painting the ceiling. La Terasse has all new furniture and curtains. Cabinets and appliances on 3rd floor are the same as 3 years ago.

At sonesta, it’s 8 pm and I see workers out on the balconies working this minute with worklights. Got to talking with Afonso owner at la Terasse and he’s saying Spadero and co. are looking to get rid of timeshares there. Interesting.

Just got back from Toppers which was good. The brisket was well cooked. Great coconut shrimp and owner seems nice. We shall see what’s Monday holds...
