pharmguy--it's St Maarten (singular), not St Maartens.. Anyway, Skip Jacks sells fresh fish. You can also check that market right there by the bridge. Not sure if it has reopened since Irma?? You can check there though.

Simpson Bay is an open air market too, another place the fish come in off the boat.

There is a new source for seafood on the French . Small stand across the street from Leader Price store. Had snapper and lobster. Lobster was $25 per kilo. Highly recommended.
