Maybe he and his business partners can make a sizable donation to relief efforts to help the many residents on this island rebuild and get roofs back on their dwellings. Maybe coming here (rather than St. Barth's) will shed some light on what the people of SXM need to make a comeback, especially in those low income areas. I think Jay Z may have a few extra bucks he could spare.
