Yes, early 1990's. Mexican food was terrible BUT had the best "American" breakfast. Ate there just about every morning and read The Herald. the waitress Beth worked there and later at Ric's.

Stopped in one afternoon and there was a Marachi Band in the bar for someones birthday party. Loooots of margaritas were consumed. Also had a computer with dial up internet in the pool room. I used to post island updates on the old Travel Talk board from there.
