Going to be on island after a five year absence. I can't recall for the life of me, do we need a converter for the iPhone. Thank you al.

You'll need an adapter for electricity if staying on the French side, although some places may have one outlet that you can use. GCBC has them in the bathrooms.

Your Apple charger should have a voltage range on the back, typically an Input range of 100-240V, and a Frequency of 50-60Hz. If you're staying on the Dutch side then you're all set. If you're staying on the French side then you need an adapter like these: https://www.amazon.com/Ceptics-Europe-Asia-Plug-Adapter/dp/B0084OPT8C

If you have an Office Depot nearby they sell a really nice Targus power adapter that works just about everywhere in the world for like $15. Really good thing to have, especially if you ever decide to travel to Europe someday.

Thank you for the information. We do not have an Office Depot but will look into Amazon and see what I can find. We are staying on the Dutch side at LaVista but we are trailing to Ireland in June, so will definitely need to have one by then.

Ireland uses different outlets. Here's one which from Amazon which will work in Ireland: https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Travel-Adapter-Type-Plug/dp/B072K3Y9KH

As SammyM said, there are adapters which work just about anywhere in the world. Here's onefrom Amazon, where many others are listed: https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Charger-Worldwide-Adapter-Samsung/dp/B000YN01X4

You will not need a converter or an adapter at La Vista.

You won't need a converter on the Dutch side where La Vista is.
