Hi, will be staying in the Maho area [RI]

We often grabbed some sandwiches on the way to the beach.

Pre Irma when we stayed at RI used the store in Porto Cupecoy, but wondering about
Carrefour in Jordan Village, Monoprix just before Marigot, Super U and Petit Casino
While we have often shopped both Super U and Petit Casino, never looked if they had pre made sandwiches. Monoprix will be a first for us, seems convenient to Maho area.

Not keen on the Maho village store's subs

Note, not so sure on my planning, missing both Moon Splash and the Bucket regatta, oh well, it's all toes in the sand starting later next week

Not far depending on what direction your going to the beach but Market Garden has a nice deli and also pre-made subs on baguette.

We have always favored the sandwiches and other items from the Zee Best bakery and shop near the airport. Next door to a beauty salon.

Ditto on that, Beach Kitten. I usually make sandwiches for the beach if that’s our game plan for the day but we often stop there and get sandwiches for the flight home as well. There was a time we would grab Caesar salads from the restaurant upstairs at the airport - maybe someday that will once again be an option..

Respectfully,

pat

Zee Best by airport is always our go to place when traveling. Gotta be great for the beach!

Depending on the direction you are going, Jules in Jordan. Ilkage has great sandwiches to go. And if they are not made yet they will make them for you.

In addition to what's mentioned above, there is a new cafe (name is escaping me at the moment) on the ground floor in Maho, across from Hole in the Wall. It's a lovely little breakfast place with crepes and sandwiches. You might want to try the sandwiches they offer.

I agree Jules Bakery in Jordon Village has wonderful pastry and sandwiches. Also Atlantico in Simpson Bay has great sandwiches too and make them fresh when you order them.

If the Peli Deli is open by Red Piano they make good sandwiches.

I second Jule's at Jordan Village: traditional sandwiches, wraps, and sandwiches made on French bread. I always get a wrap to take on the plane.

We picked up some nice sandwiches in a shop in Orient village. Sorry, can't remember the name although the sign had a knife and fork crossed. Our good friend recommended this shop to us. Later in our trip we shared breakfast with friends there and it was very nice.

And if you enjoy great pastries, both Zee Best and Jules have some of the best pastry goodies we have found on the island.

Staying in Cupecoy-- we usually stop at Zee Best for chocolate croissants for the ride to Orient Beach----- just a little piece of flaky heaven
