We already have recycling for that for many months now, and not just Front Street businesses. For everyone who is not too lazy to do it.

A few paper straws and several little wood-like stirring sticks on the Dutch side but the one trip to Orient I saw much use of plastic, both straws and cups.

Many people are now carrying their own stainlesss steel straws which can be purchased at several different places off island.
