The story is in French and is non-specific, but apparently there is some blockade of some kind of an administration building today? Anyone know about this? It says Concordia, which I don't know where that is. Doesn't look to be much of a crowd.

Concordia is the section of Marigot behind the sports stadium that's across from Marrakesh (SP?) There are several government buildings back there, also the hospital.
