We just stayed in an Orient Village studio above Good Morning bakery. It's a great spot right across the street from the Village restaurant block. Yellow sub, Bikini and Kako beach bars are also steps away. It's an easy walk to the CO end of the beach. We rented from Delphine Plazaob on VRBO. She is a great host. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. open, so you won't be disappointed.

We are currently staying at Villa Ester in Orient Village. We can walk to eat and the beach. If you are going to go to Club O you might like to drive since it would be quite a walk. You don't have to go to the main road, just head toward the beach and turn right to Club O. We have a car and drive there, but I walk to Good Morning for croissants and a sandwich for the beach everyday. We drive up to the village for our evening meal because it is not well lit in the neighborhood. We rent from Magali Bertho whose business is www.islandescapesxm.com. She has a limited amount of rentals, but is adding more each month or so as they are being redone after Irma.
