One planned night from CGB we plan to moor at Marina Cay...
With the tent situation, would it be best to stay on Scrub and another mooring? Ideas?

Scrub doesn’t have moorings. You should be fine at MC.

Our plan us kind of open for SCRUB AND MARINA CAY.,

1, We would like to get a 35 ft. slip at SCRUB, and spoil ourselves a bit. In may, the dock fees are very reasonable, And the Resort fee is 20 % of the slip fee. Water is .20 / gal.
The resort fee includes all bars, restaurants, shops, gourmet market @cafe, Resort Pool, Beach, kayaks, Paddle Board, and I believe the fitness center. We would also like to hike that
trail up to the top of the hill of Scrub for great views. That is the info from the SCRUB website. We have not visited Scrub on any of our previous BVI sailing vacations, and it looks like fun !

2. The other possibility, is to pick up a mooring at Marina Cay, , and take the small ferry from Marina Cay, for a nice day trip to explore SCRUB and have a grand time. Spend a couple of days at Marina Cay,
and then motor 30 minutes, about over to Monkey Point for a NP mooring and some great snorkeling , and then a great sail to Jost van dyke.

We can mix and match and see how it goes. With Dream Charters now at SCRUB Marina, not sure about visitor slip availability. Marina Cay should be good except for full moon party
nights over at Trellis .

Just our thoughts...and keeping life easy .

Have a great time.

I checked with Scrub recently and they do not rent slips on Fri. & Sat. nights due to the Dream Yacht fleet being in.
