I chartered Cat Escape, the boat you are asking about a number of times as well as the other one they had, Aristokat. The boat is awesome to say the least. CYOA does a great job keeping their fleet up. I was on Island back in Feb and had lunch at Hook Line and Sinker at the marina. We went and looked at the 44, she looked as good as it did three years ago when we last had her, just needs a bit of wax. You hear that Jay:)
you cant go wrong with that boat or CYOA.

That's what I want to see - Captain Jay out there waxing a 44 foot boat in the tropical heat while I enjoy a beer from under the Bimini top. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

In fact, I would pay money to see that. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

I will have you guys know that I had the buffer out last week, but it was only long enough to teach the new guy how to use it.
Cat Escape has had some updates in the last few years, new generator last year, the blue awl grip that was faded around the windows was repainted as well. The fridge and freezer were replaced with new stainless units. We also installed a new sliding door in the saloon last year as well. The boat is still one of the best running boats in its class. Big volvos and handles very well.
Jay

We are really excited and looking forward to our time aboard Cat Escape this summer.
