Looks really nice. Possibly next door to the Sapphire Beach Resort just off Rhine Road. And, 52 rooms is not too big or too small, IMO. Hopefully, it will be priced well. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty sure it’s going in the Jordan Village area. Same road as BarCode.

Yes, It's on Jordan Road, next to Arbor Estates and across from Tradewinds.

That's a fabulous location as access to the French side is so easy. I stayed at Tradewinds last fall and loved the location. Only negative was the lights off in the golf course at night.

Looks very nice on photos. Very reasonable prices as of today. Curious to see it in real life.

No pool. blech! frown

Should be a good location for parents visiting their kids at the medical college.

We really miss Summit. It was in super location, always clean and secure, to say nothing of reasonably priced. We used Summit from time to time to add a few days to a vacation, when renting a villa or condo for a week. Perhaps this new hotel can function that way for us.

What about the building going up across from Cupecoy Beach club on the corner turning to go
to the school and Jordan Village?

What about it. It’s called 14 on Mullet. 2 - 21 story privately owned condos

Kim, I was wondering what they were building there.
I thought maybe another hotel.

Am I reading this correctly? 21 (twenty-one) stories? Holy cow.

That was the proposal last I heard. Will it become the reality? Who knows but talk about sticking out like a sore thumb! Given the water problems they had with the footings I’m surprised the foundations will support that height but what do I know?! duh duh

Respectfully,

pat
