Your pictures are always great. Question--is that Burrata cooked? Thanks. Not cooked or baked per se, but a form of en croûte.

As usual, your photos are all lovely but the gardenscape at LaTerrasse is drop dead gorgeous. We stayed across the street at RI in a very high unit and the walkway from the elevator to our suite allowed us to enjoy this every night - absolutely beautiful.
