Happy 4th of July & Independence Day from The Island. We brought a little bit of the good old USA down to represent.

Smooth arrival yesterday, AA out of CLT was about 40 minutes early. It was crazy to see both KLM and Air France here together midweek. The weather today has been beautiful with a stronger than usual breeze. A perfect start to being back.

Thanks for the pics! Looks like a major cliff there in the sand. I'm guessing you're somewhere down toward Coco on Simpson Bay Beach??

Dead on, Staying at Coco's Beach Club, right before Mary's Boon. The biggest cliff I've seen here in 20+ years.

Yes, we noticed this first in Anguilla, that’s why I previously asked for a easy flat walking beach, many areas here have these dune like walls of sand. One can slide down it, but getting back up with mobility issues is challenging.

Try Anse Marcel. No cliffs of sand and VERY easy access to water. Just walk right in - no drop-offs.

bran--yes, that would be it. If I ever get it finished, my trip report will include a report from there. The sand itself isn't nearly as white or pretty as many beaches on SXM, but you can walk straight out and back in with no issues.

As I assume you know, Mullet can be quiet, or it can be wild. Enjoy your day.
