The final days hanging out at Club O with all of our friends. It was great as usual. Staying at our villa in OV with our own private pool will have to be a staple of every trip in the future. We got really spoiled. We got to see the fireworks right from our villa. We were about 100 yards directly behind KKO. The eating lineup for the remainder of the days was as follows: Lunch: Bikini, 4.75 stars Dinner: Le Piment, 5 stars Lunch: Perch Lite, 4.5 stars Dinner: Le Teleagraph, 5 stars Lunch: CODA, 5 stars (the best lunch we had all week) Dinner: Le Piment, 5 stars Lunch: Perch Lite, 4.75 stars (we were told that the previous chef from Papagayo is now working there) Dinner: L'Atelier, 5 stars (My FB post is below. It is public so it should work.) L'AtelierWe hung out at the pool before heading to the airport. Fortunately, I brought Kenny's new car back in the same condition as when we left. Getting to Charlotte was no problem. Our 10:30PM flight to CLE didn't leave till 1:30AM. Arrive at our house at 3:00AM. Till next year.

Thanks for the report. Where are CODA and Le Telegraph? I don't remember hearing of them before. Would you share the name of the villa you stayed at?? We're thinking about staying in that area next year.

CODA is to the left of Petit Casino. There are 6-8 tables out on the sidewalk. Le Telegraph is across the courtyard from Le Piment. It just opened June 30th. I think it was a Caribbean restaurant last year. The villa is PICAMAMA through airbnb. I am going to try to post the link below: Can you let me know if the FB link worked that I posted above for L'Atelier? PICAMAMA

The facebook link worked for me, which I was surprised at. Thanks for the link re the villa. Was there a bedroom on the bottom floor? How private was the pool, as far as neighbors?

We're thinking about staying in that area next year. Le Telegraph looks very impressive, starting beachside and right through to the restaurant courtyard. It is owned by Alex who owned Calmos Cafe in GC and rumor has it that he also might re-open by the end of the year. Always liked the atmosphere in Calmos and drinking on the beach but the food wasn't the best. However, Telegraph looks the business.

Sounds like a lovely trip in every way. Thank you for sharing your experiences and personal opinions on the dining options you enjoyed. That is always so helpful, and particularly so to those of us less aware of that area.
Respectfully,
pat
