Daily Herald storyAs the story states, the Towers is not part of the SMTA. What the heck is going on there at the Towers??

What is going on with the Towers? Why do those 3 resorts not have membership with the SMTA? Is this new or something long standing? I always thought the Towers had a good reputation in this association. Seemingly that is not the case. Sounds like they want to change their status as a resort.
