The rooms are clean, comfortable and artistically finished. There are steps to the room level, the pool is well maintained, the convenience to Frenchtown restaurants and watering holes is a great bonus. It is also very easy to access the BVI Ferry dock or CYOA charter base.

Have no hesitation booking there!
We overnighted there in late May because our flight landed 5 hours late...Great owner!! Very accommodating. We took 3 rooms. 2 were on the water and recently renovated ..very nice. I would absolutely stay here again!
Walk to a choice of 3 or 4 great resaurtants..safe quiet area.
