Hope you all can help me put that limin' feeling into words. I am trying to do this for a college class and I am having difficulty putting it into words. All I can do is visualize being back in the islands. It is a feeling that I cannot put into words even after 3 trips there. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Tikotiko.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Tikotiko.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Tikotiko.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Tikotiko.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Tikotiko.gif" alt="" />

You are working too hard at this. You need to have some limin' time. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Limin' = being in a spiritual and happy place, and at peace with the world!

I like the definition "the art of doing nothing".

some references:

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/liming

Not sure about that one, for a lengthier dissertation (usually gets you more credit from the prof) see :

Thank you. Credits for all!

I just needed a brief paragraph and to add my own photos. Everytime I tried to start typing, I got to daydreaming about limin' on my favorite beaches on STT, STJ and Tortola.

Desklimin = An unproductive, nearly euphoric state in which the person reads TTOL mssgs at work. Peak season is winter in North America, esp on Friday afternoon.
