David...instead of giving it back...list it with the homeowners page . Richard Marx does a great job. Might as well try to get a grand or two for it. nothing to lose. True... We may go that route. It might be worth it to kick the can down the road a little longer, and try and sell it after we come home from this SXM trip in the fall. The thought of throwing another almost 900 bucks down a rabbit hole this winter, 2020, is not that appealing, though. By the way, I just saw a new thread in the forum called "Tropical Wave moving off Africa." This is a big part of why we want out. It is an absolutely unnecessary stress every October to be worrying about a storm either ruining a trip before we even arrive or during the trip. It makes the most sense to be able to plan a trip in the springtime, when you have the benefit of hindsight, and are able to see how any Caribbean island has fared the prior autumn. This way you are able to plan accordingly.
