If you are able to check 721 news on FB...there are videos of the torrential rain and flooding that is going on in Saba. Landslides as well.

Saba looks very bad.
Sometimes during the hurricane season I find myself being guided by the category but oftentimes this is a mistake as rain, speed, pressure and I don't know what else cuz I'm no expert can make a tropical storm terrible.
