Daily Herald story

Good news, that government will be addressing this situation.

It's always good news but all too often with a lot of blah, blah, blah and very little follow-up. Maybe this time they really mean it, and as one who has always loved Mullet and declared it to be my island favorite, I truly hope this time will be the real deal.

Respectfully,

pat

Besides the garbage maybe something can be done about the "portapotties" as well- and while we're at it- how about the parking lot???
Back in the day, this beach was the jewel of the island!!

The "parking lot" is technically on private property. Why should anyone have to pay for repairs so that just anyone can use it. All beaches are public, and require access.....but not parking.

This is made from the cigarettes found on Mullet Beach. frown

Daleos has been very vocal about the garbage, posting about cleaning up etc. Rosie’s not so much. All about the buck!! One of her guys actually had me take pictures of the piles asking me to post it on FB to try to get governments notice. I’ve noticed near her stand it just plain reeks. Love the ribs there and the workers. But not much care for the area!!
