d_fish Traveler Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 306 Tustin CA	Lagoonies serves a dry wing. I do not believe they use a rub but whatever they put on them is outstanding. Its not a heavy breading either. Whatever they put on the wings - YUM! My husband even enjoys them and he is not a wing guy. For a dipping sauce I mix matouks hot pepper sauce and mayonnaise and dip the wings into it. AMAZING! BTW they are only on the tapas menu in the evening and no on the menu daily, so call before you go. Last edited by d_fish; 10/09/2019 03:29 PM.
