Always stayed at Club O. Ready to go back to the island (February? March?) and will be wanting to spend the days at the Club O beach - but have no idea where to stay that is walk-able seeing as how I never explored any other villas or hotels.

Suggestions? Recommendations?

Thanks!

Checkout any of the hotels, VRBO, etc in Orient Village. We've stayed there many times, nice area with lot's of restaurants back in operation.

The village is close enough to walk. When we were there last we used Magali of https://islandescapesxm.com/ She has quite a good inventory of villas that may be satisfactory

Last February stayed at La Plantation. A nice resort and also close to the village. I estimate it was about a 15 minute walk to the Club O beach section. I would return.

Have stayed a few days at Palm Court several times before moving to Dutch.
Nice size rooms with stove top and small refrigerator.
Nice poo area with simple daily breakfast.
Safe gated parking.
Safe 5 minute walk to village for dining.
Complimentary chairs on beach

I would also contact Bruno Lemoine of Paradise Bungalows! He has a 5 villa unit as you come in the main gate to Orient village and up the hill from the guard house. REALLY nice! His website is still down. His email address: UGOMAR <ugomar@wanadoo.fr We love it there!!! Bruno and his family are great host!!

Sand Gravity, got to love it!

Palm Court and Esmeralda are both controlled by the St. Martin Reservation Center here in the states. Both are open presently, but not at full capacity. For those who stay at Esmeralda this includes beach chairs at KKO, while those who opt for Palm Court get beach chairs at Bikini Beach. Palm Court should be 100 percent (maybe) by mid-December, though work is still being done there. Esmeralda also has some units that are still under repair/construction, but others are open and available as we speak. So, you might want to check them out along with the other places mentioned above if you're planning to stay in this area.

Actually that’s a great question because we were wondering the same. Yes we are very familiar with all the hotels in the OB area and VBRO as a search tool. But does anybody know of, stayed at any Villas, 2-3 bedrooms in Orient village where they are private enough to be considered naturist friendly. Have searched VBRO and found some candidates but can’t tell from the pics if the pool area has enough cover or some other villa does not look down into the pool area. Not interested in Club Fantstico.

I made a pretty extensive search for such an animal recently. There are some available, not DIRECTLY in Orient Village, as most of the villas with private pools are in areas that other villas can look down on you, because they are all two level townhouses in the Village. There is one in OV which might work for you IF you can do stairs, which I didn't want to do. Can't remember the name now, but contact Annemarie (sp??) at Go Beach and she can book it for you.

In this case, the bedrooms were upstairs, which I didn't want to deal with. As I said, contact Annemarie at GoBeach, as she can book it for you. It is located very close to KKO, I think, so it's a bit further down the beach, but there is ocean view from the second floor, but not the first.

Not within walking distance, but a very short drive, and total privacy in your pool. Have stayed here many times. Will be back in May.
