Scuba,

Same with us for our April trip. I preferred the CLT connect home to our most local regional airport but since it was 15000 miles more pp we chose to connect through Philly. As of the recent changes and for no extra miles we are all set for SXM - CLT - HPN. Or at least we are until they make more changes again. duh duh

Respectfully,

pat

The Max will soon be safer than the 700,800 and 900s.....that are currently in the air...

The 737 NG models include 737-700, 737-800, and 737-900 aircraft.

Now I have the flight I wanted for a lower price. Thanks AA.

Email from Jet Blue shows they have new planes like that of Alaska Air.

And JetBlue does not have any Boeing aircraft in their fleet.

AA just announced that they will be flying Max8's in January. But we have heard that before and keeps getting pushed back.

And they did it again - but this time the changes were minimal. One leg of our trip home from SXM to CLT was an equipment change (from a 737 to a 757, I think....) which resulted in a seating change. Since we had paid for the roomier seats on our original FF tix it was a non-issue and the AA rep couldn't have been any nicer or helpful about changing us back to our original seats and location.

So once again, we will sit tight and see what happens down the road but I strongly suggest people check their flight reservations, particularly on AA, on a regular basis so you aren't faced with any last minute surprises..

Respectfully,

pat

We are on the 757 in FC from CLT to SXM. It's a nice plane with the restrooms behind FC seating along with exit door.

That’s what we typically would fly from JFK but that flight is NOT available midweek for our dates and you’re right, it is a nice plane. I couldn’t justify the FF mikes for Business home on a connecting flight where one leg would end up being basically the equivalent of a coach flight anyway. We were able to purchase the Business flight down at a very attractive sale price but we go through MIA. At least, we do for now.........

They need a whack upside the head. What an enormous waste of time and INCONVENIENCE TO PAYING PASSENGERS.
