Please delete if not allowed. Would anyone know the best place to look or you may know someone for seasonal rentals on the Dutch side, Nov-April. Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom villa or condo near Simpson Bay ideally. I thought this may be a good start for information. TIA

Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking for. You want to rent for the entire period from November to April?

We have stayed here two times and will be staying there in May and July. Right next to LaVista Beach at the entrance to Flamingo.

OK, for November 2020 to April 2021, I guess? I think you need to contact regular real estate agents about a long term rental.

Ok thanks. It would be from this November thru April 2020. I’ll try contacting some real estate agents on the island and see what I can find. Just asking here because you never know who may have some contacts or a place to rent out for the season. Thanks again.

Logans Run I mentioned earlier has long term rentals. Owner of Logans manages other properties too.

THIS November? As in like, in 15 days? And you want the same place for the entire period? OK..... The only shot you have is a place that is currently in long term rental.
